Training:
We have a process of training university students over a 3 to 4 year period so that they are able to take direct responsibility for clients soon after they have finished their degree. If a new employee has no practical experience they can expect to spend 6 to 12 months on administration duties. This will give them time to find out what to expect and if that is what they are looking for. It is also a very practical way of introducing them to our procedures.

Qualified Accountants:
We are always on the look out for highly motivated Accountants with tax experience. We spend a considerable amount of time and money making sure all our Accountants are highly skilled so recognise the need to keep them happy to retain our investment.
