Julia is a member of both the Australian Society of CPAs and the Institute of Chartered accountants so she can mentor BAN TACS employees through the professional programs for either organisation.

Personal
Julia now spends a great portion of her time travelling Australia doing workshops, seminars, supporting the BAN TACS offices, and mentoring staff. While she is on the road she stills writes the Newsflash, Booklets and develops the website. She answers questions on ask bantacs, our question and answer section on this site, thanks to a mobile internet connection.

Julia also writes for Australian Property Investor Magazine and has just finished a book for rental property investors also available on this site. Due to her wandering lifestyle she is not the best person to do your tax return but we have plenty of other people to do that for you.

Where's Julia
Our twice monthly Newsflash provides updates of where Julia will be. While travelling she is happy to do seminars on investment properties if it gives her the chance to sell her book, so if you would like her to speak to your clients e-mail her to get an idea of her itinerary for the year. She is very partial to travelling the east, south and west coast with the odd cross country detour but recently discovered Darwin is a very long way away. If you have a particular tax problem that maybe too detailed for the askbantacs area she does consult with clients along the way. In Darwin she saved a client $126,000 in tax in one consultation but her best record yet is the Sydney Property Investment Expo where she saved a visitor to the Australia Property Investor magazine site $250,000 in 10 minutes.
